Day 139-Monday 9-22/Day 144 Sat 9-27

Scripture of the Day: For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. Psalm 103: 11-12

This was a pretty uneventful week for us. Not much going on. Daddy worked alot and we ate at home most nights. The kids and I ran errands and played at the mall. There were more small kids than there used to be, so we didn't stay there long. Had to get Mady some warmer clothes too.

On Saturday, we got up and went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast, yum! Then we came back to DC and went to the Jefferson and walked around. I found a parking lot right by the memorial and around the corner, is a beautiful memorial to George Mason on of the signers of the Virginia Declaration.

We came back to the apartment to nap. Later that evening, we went to Joe's Crabshack to eat and Uncle Bill called to let us know he was home, so we ate and went and picked him up!

He stayed with us for awhile and then the boys took him back to his hotel.

It was a great day!

God Bless!
