Days 130-137 Sat-Sat

Scripture of the Day:

Well this was our first week home... and it was not very hard getting used to being back in DC. We didn't ride the Metro as much as we used too, we have to walk a few blocks and it is just easier to drive with the kids.

On Sunday, the hottest day, we went to the White House park, it was so hot and humid, a storm was coming. They were having some kind of ceremony for a visiting dignitary and it was fun to watch, till Mady decided she needed to go home. That was by far the longest Metro ride, there was no air on the train and it was stiffling!

On Monday, Daddy went to work and we went to the zoo. It was busy there, but we had a good time. I hurt my foot and had a hard time walking on it. The kids were tired, so we grabbed some Micky Ds and came home to rest.

Tuesday, we stayed home all day and rested and made some awesome beef in the crockpot

The rest of the week, we didn't do much, so there isn't much to tell, we are still very tired and overwhelmed from the move. I know it will get better with time. Still worried about our house selling, but I know God will take care of it when it is time!

God Bless!
